The Sunday Times Home Supplement even stated Homestyle are "...the most affordable replacement kitchen door company on the Internet...". Please call for more information or samples. Hinge Holes Our doors are sold without hinge holes as standard but can be drilled for a small fee of 50p per hole. This works out at £1.00 per door in most cases. Drilling will be done using a 35mm 'hinge hole boring bit' at a standard distance in from the edge of the door. You do not need to know the exact hinge hole information to obtain a quotation. Just state on your quotation request that you might require hinge holes and we will include the relevant charge and attach detailed instructions with your quotation. If you want Homestyle to drill the holes you will need to provide the following information: The measurement from the top edge of the door to the centre of the top hinge hole and, The measurement from the bottom edge of the door to the centre of the bottom hinge hole. If you require three hinge holes you will also need to provide: The measurement from the top edge of the door to the centre of the second hinge hole down. If you require four hinge holes you will also need to provide: The measurement from the bottom edge of the door to the centre of the second hinge hole up (this is called B2). In the majority of cases you will also need to state which side of the door will be connected to the cabinet (as viewed from the front when the door is closed). If you are replacing the hinges along with the doors do not reuse the original screw holes on the inside of the cabinet. Drilling new holes for your new backplates will ensure that they are securely attached. Hinges We can supply new hinges and backplates if required. The hinge packs that we supply are: 2x Blum Clip top 110 degree hinges with 2x backplates @ £3.00 2x Blum Clip top 170 degree hinges with 2x backplates @ £6.00 1x Single Blum soft close adaptor @ £2.00 Lead Times We pride ourselves on having the shortest lead times. We only need five full working days to produce made-to-order products but orders only come out of production on Tuesday. For example, if you order on a Monday the goods will be ready on the following Tuesday (8 days later). If you order on a Wednesday the goods will only be ready on the second Tuesday (13 days later). The latest that you can order to have goods made for the following week is at 5pm on a Monday. Most sample doors are made to order and will take the same amount of production time as a full order. When you place an order you will be told when the goods will come out of production. You can then choose any weekday after that date to have the order delivered. Delivery Information The majority of our orders are sent with a reliable national courier. We are not able to provide an exact time of delivery as the drivers plan their own route each morning. We will send you an email or a text message with a consignment number once the order is dispatched from our factory. You will then be able to track your delivery online or by calling a free phone number. We cannot guarantee the operations of a third party courier and any late or short deliveries will not be liable to any compensatory action by Homestyle Kitchens. We strongly recommend that you do not arrange an installer to install the doors until you have received and checked that the whole order has been delivered and is correct. We must be notified of all shortages or damages within two days of delivery. This is the time frame that we have with our courier company to make a claim for any items lost or damaged in transit. It is your responsibility to check that all parcels are received and that no damage has occurred to any of the goods. If the packaging or any goods appear to be damaged when they are delivered you must cross out ‘goods received in good condition’ and print ‘packaging damaged’ on the courier’s delivery note. We can also offer upgraded delivery services like pre-12 and Saturday AM for a additional charge. Please contact us for more information. Premier range specification The Premier ranges of doors and drawer fronts are manufactured from 18mm MDF and are suitable for kitchens, bedrooms, bathrooms, caravans and office furniture. The doors are made using the latest hi-tech machinery combined with diamond tipped tooling thus consistency, quality and accuracy is guaranteed every time. The MDF is coated with a two part glue which has a hardener mixed in to give a much higher heat resistance than normal one part glues. A durable PVC foil is then pressed around the components using the latest machinery. Premier range features As standard: items under 284mm high will be classed as drawer fronts and will contain the drawer front design for your selected range. drawer fronts less than 140mm high will not normally have a centre design. doors will have vertical (top to bottom) grain and drawer fronts will have horizontal (left to right) grain. This does not affect plain finishes. doors over 1700mm high are made with a 60/40 mid rail as standard unless otherwise specified. This does not affect plain designs e.g. Lincoln, Euroline and Ashford. We can also make framed doors to any size. Our frames require 4mm glass or mirror. Frames are supplied rebated on the back and are supplied with a rubber gasket to hold the glass in place. Premier range limitations The minimum we can manufacture is 50mm high x 50mm wide. The largest item that we can arrange delivery for is 1500 square millimetres. for example: a door or panel 2400 high by 620 wide would be 1488 square millimetres so that would be okay to deliver. a door or panel 2800 high by 500 wide would be 1400 square millimetres so that would be okay to deliver. a door or panel 2600 high by 650 wide would be 1690 square millimetres so you would have to arrange collection of this item or pay an extra delivery charge. a door or panel 1000 high by 1200 wide would be 1200 square millimetres so that would be okay to deliver. The largest item that we can physically manufacture is 2800mm high x 1200mm wide (about the size of a small garage door).
